on becoming

Recently I read this article by Christianity Today of an interview with Beth Moore; it brought tears to my eyes. These could have my words on the last few years.

At this time in my life with young children I feel I need to be strong in body, mind and heart for my young ones but deep down actually feel such a sense of unravelling and sadness which consequently also leads to feeling that I'm not the Mama I want to be; reading these words brings hope to my heart.

Hope that morning light can come even after the darkest (and longest) night, hope that all things work together for good and that in the midst of unravelling I am also... becoming.

Here is the whole interview with Beth Moore from Christianity Today.

Oh Thank you Skye, wasn't psalm 126 beautiful - 'Those who sow in tears will reap with songs of joy' Loved how she talked with passion about the word, stirred up something within me. Love you being real xx

Divine.
I gasped at this: "I translate 1 Peter 1:6-7 into layman's terms — our fiery trials burn the fake out of us." How true!
Thank you for introducing us to this woman, and let us get to know you even more.
